Telkom - Useless as always

Last thursday i received my Smart Broadband Unlimited LTE plan from Telkom. It was supposed to be activated with in 24 hours. 5 days later and it is still not activated. Rather unfair to be billed for a service I'm not receiving. <br> And this is not the first time I've been having problems with Telkom. Their disregard is quite frustrating, especially considering that Telkom is the biggest and supposedly most well-reputed internet service provider. But if their new goal is to lose loyal customers, then i must say, a job well done.<br>
