TELKOM - USELESS AND NO FOLLOW UP

I wrote a week ago and was assured someone would get back to me and yet here i sit almost 8 weeks with no phone line or internet and no one bothering to get back to me. The excuse is not enough technicians - I dont buy that and have had more than enough of this. It cannot take this length of time for aomeone to come and see what is happening. I refuse to pay for no service -
