TELKOM USELESS AND ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom you are beyond useless!! I recently took out 2 contracts - one for my niece and one for my Mom. My Mom needed her number to be ported from MTN. It is now a month later!!! Still not ported!!! She is 78 years old and she has had to stand in your endless queues because we cannot do this porting over the phone! Have to go to your useless stores!!! Shame on you!! She has now been probably 15 times to your stores and still nothing! When I phone I get told that they haven't received a request to port! Telkom knew the day she picked up the phone that the number had to be ported! PLEASE get some competent people in your stores! Try and fix your useless service!!! I want this number ported THIS year!!!!!!!!!
