Telkom useless accounts department

Telkom usage is *******. And their accounts department is useless. I blocked a Sim card and still got billed over R2000 for it. I called in to enquire about this and was told that they will not credit me for this extra money. I wish telkom would just give up with their excuses and just close their doors. They are useless
