Telkom useless accounts department

I want a the accounts/billing department to contact me ASAP. You deducted my account on the 25th of January 2025. On my invoice is still showing outstanding. I can't get through to anyone on the numbers and your whatsapp self service is useless. I want my account rectified today still.
