Telkom useless

My mom wanted to apply for R849 month to month deal advertised on the Telkom website. Telkom contacted her and said she cannot do it online (but they advertised online) she then went to the telkom store and they said that she must apply online. Telkom please let me know where she should apply? Because your store in Stellenbosch is telling her online and sales rep (very rude lady with no filter) said she must go to a express telkom store (never heard of it) to apply. I asked Joshlyn to to put me through to manager or complaints department but she refused saying i must put down the and dial again. Please can someone at Telkom contact my mother on *** or me ***. Uselesss
