Telkom Useless

We signed up for a new contract at Telkom Mall Of The South. They took our money and its been 6 weeks now with no data no working sim but yet another deduction of our bank account. We tried to cancel but was told the system does not allow it. We have been to the store and back with no luck at all. They are the most useless business in SA.
