Telkom useless

TELKOM TOTALLY USELESS.IF I COULD DO NO STARS IT WOULD STILL BE TOO MUCH. Telkom suggested to upgrade my internet to a faster line and cheaper. Signed up and now since oct 2023 they have debited my account for the new and old line.went in to the store.said it wasnt cancelled by the salesman.still now the higher debit going off my account and they are investigating it for a refund.stay away from Telkom from my piont of view.totall useless.they owe me around R3600.
