Telkom - Useless

I posted a complaint last week and have yet to receive a response from Telkom... Emails go unanswered as well as online.

We are trying to have an account cancelled that we don't actually have - No one can assist me. When you call in they want an account number which I do not have , Online and Facebook is exactly the same thing - I have mailed the cancellation documents required and yet still no response - I receive a read receipt but absolutely no feedback.

Disgusting service - Telkom cut your losses and close your doors , So many people complain abut your customer service , charging customers for items they do not have , taking days to respond to technical issues.
