Telkom useless

I have been with telkom for more than 5 years and I have always been a loyal customer. My experience at this moment with my internet it's very frustrating. I have phone them on numerous occasions and only spoke to them twice and been given the same advice that don't work. I was told by both agents to register my network on telkom home and all the other instructions they shared with me. I still experience the same issues. I spoke to a friend in the same area who also experience the same issues. I beg and plea for telkom to come to our area and to something about the signal that telkom consumers experience.
