Telkom useless

My parents have 2 Telkom accounts one wifi one landline. It is paid separately. Wifi is a debit order and the landline not. From July 2020 Telkom decided that they will do a debit order for both accounts without asking my parents permission. They suddenly stopped in Nov and now they doing it again to the point that they took both debit orders and my dad paid the landline EFT and now they sitting without wifi because now Telkom says they haven't paid.
