Telkom useless

TELKOM contacted me on the 17th of Feb. offering me a deal with fastest, a router and dstv explorer. They sent me a confirmation no and promised to send the router between 5 and 15 days. Last weekend my present router packed up. I phoned and queried how long it will be before we receive our new router they could not find anything on it. I was transferred to 5 different depts and eventually I gave up. Yesterday we tried to query it again with no joy. Today I decided to go and buy my own router. I phoned telkom to get the settings and was connected to the internet for a whole 15 minutes. Now again no connection. Thank you guys for nothing I am so finished with you.
