As of this month I will be withholding payment for UNUSABLE services. Furthermore, your support team is pathetic!

I'm sure you will agree, that in order to receive a compensation from my behalf would need to result in a service to be delivered from your side.

As an alternative, come and collect your ******* equipment and I'll take my business elsewhere.
