TELKOM - useless!

I needed to transfer a line from a company to my company I stood 8n a que for half an hour to be told I needed additional documents I returned with everything they said I needed.....after waiting over 2 hours, they tell me I need additional I for and a deposit. So I wanted to pay using my company card.....9nly to be told their speedpoin5s have not been working for 2 weeks so, I then had to que at an atm to draw cash.....now I ha e been waiting g for Telkom for 3 hours!

Now I have paid them the cash and am now told I must wait for their system.....

All I can say is that I now can see why our country is on a fast a steep downward decline......
