Telkom USELESS.

Why is telkom so useless? I have been waiting for more than a week for an update on my fault I logged. Fault ref # : 2290CRK110116 with escalation # 808971. After a week there has been no update. I have to phone to get an update and every time I am on hold for about 30min before I can speak to someone. I have decided, if my issue has not been resolved by this week I WILL cancel my service and tell everybody how useless telkom is...oh wait they all ready know as this is not new news.<br> <br> Telkom, just sort out my issue.
