TELKOM - USELESS!!!!

On the first of September 2023, I phoned regarding cancelling some of the services I'm paying for monthly. After submitting all the Document required I received a Reference number and that Telkom acknowledges the receipt of Documents and my request. On the 27th September, a Courier delivers a package from Telkom telling me I need to sign for the Package. I refused to sign as I did not order any new equipment, the Courier did not know what to do and left the package in my Office telling me I need to phone Telkom and sort it out with them. I Phoned Telkom, explained my situation regarding the cancellation of some Services and also this unknown/unopened Package, the consultant told me to resubmit all paperwork and to tell them regarding this package and then I got a new/another Reference number. October, nothing, no reply's on one of the Reference numbers not even a read receipt. . November I got a Bill which were R4000 more then usual, after phoning AGAIN, they told me to pay my normal bill as they will credit me the "Equipment rental" fee which will take 48 Hours. Then my services got suspended, now again I'm phoning explaining this 3 Month process, as I'm reading my reference number she doesn't even pick them up as they are for/from another department which I can contact only via Email. Needless to say December and January same story but now all of a sudden on the 24th of January my Business emails which we have for 18 Years does not work anymore, NOW I AM FURIOUS!!!! On the 30th of January I went into Telkom, taking the Unopened box, ALL paperwork and all 6 of my useless reference numbers. We then submitted everything again, apparently now it turned into a dispute, and this apparently will take 7 Days for my emails to be working again, today is the 16th of February. I can't receive any emails/orders from my clients, bills etc. I phoned Telkom this morning and they said it's another department (Disputes Department) and someone will contact me. I received 3 SMS's informing me someone from Cape Town will contact me but still nothing. My Emails are off now for 3+ Weeks, You cant contact them, they will contact you. Telkom, really? HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR SERVICE?
