Telkom - useless

We a business and we have moved premises, we have been waiting for over a month to have our phone line and internet line transferred. Telkom is pathetic!!!! What a joke of a business you are. We pay for a service from Telkom and get nothing. They just dont care, but I'm sure come month end you will send me my bill for my phone that Im not able to use...I have never ever dealt with a more useless company in my life!!! Bad service eventually catches up. You might think you the only telecom company people can go to, but your not, there are other options and with such pathetic service people will be forced to use other alternatives.
