Telkom USELESS

i have been struggling to have a telephone line discontinued since January 2019. Ihave visited their offices at lrast 4 times without any results. Where this phone is now I do not know but of cdfourse I am still receiving a monthly bill. The number is ***. Can you believe it they tell me it does not exist. Wish the whole business did not exist
