Telkom useless

If I could,I would not give them any stars at all. I have paid my account with them on the 25th of April via EFT and they still tried to debt my old account which resulted in a reversal,but the EFT that was done was paid as their statement to me shows. Now they have suspended my account due to the debit order that did not go through,but the account was paid by EFT. If someone at Telkom can't do their job ,please hire people who can!
