Telkom Useless

I upgraded from a two meg line to a four meg line called anytime extra which should have included the previous services in the first package and by the way were standard in the new package. these services should have included "anytime extra and closer call catcher" which means that you can call telkom to telkom numbers at no charge with discounted call rates to select international destinations. This however did not happen and i am being charged for theses calls. this has been going on for about seven months now with no end in sight. not one person at telkom is willing to take responsibility for this billing problem and finally credit me and resolve the issue. I have dozens of ref numbers that have logged the dispute, but to no avail. having been a loyal customer of telkom for over twenty five years i am finally over them with there monopoly and there dont give a damn attitude. The telkom call center is a toothless entity that cant resolve a single thing. Wake up telkom and get your house in order!!!!!!
