Telkom Useless

I have now been waiting on Telkom for two months to upgrade my ADSL to Fibre. After many phone calls they still have not processed my order and send a reference number. Each time I call I get told they have no order or I cannot process a new sale as it is saying there is one in process. They will send an e-mail to back office to get it sorted and then I hear NOTHING! When calling I try speak to a manager to get this sorted, but they are never available and always in meetings....

REALLY how useless has Telkom become!
