TELKOM USELESS !!!
I tried to give a ZERO rating, but the site does not want me to. One star is too high for TELKOM and its service! TELKOM is driving me insane. The worst ever experience in my life. I am trying to cancel my line to be put in the holding pool since middle May, BUT I receive my account promptly! Why can one not TALK to someone to assist you. These mechanical voices and internet does not cut it. I DO NOT GET ANY co-operation or EVEN a reply!!! WHO CAN I TALK TO? The Minister of Communication??? I have tried to cancel ********** , but to no avail. Please can someone assist!
