Telkom -useless

I would not recommend Telkom to anyone. I would say rather pay the few extra Rands and use mweb. I have been calling Telkom for the past 13days trying to upgrade my services but with no success. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. I spoke a few people at Telkom, like hlengiwe, siphisihle, sindisiwe, zinhle to name few, totally useless. I wanted to upgrade from a 4 meg to 10meg adsl and wow the hassle. Telkom is running a promotion were if you upgrade to a 10meg line then you get a router and a lit box. One of these idiots actually told me the promotion is over. Then eventually some helped and upgraded my account but never ordered the lit box. Now they tell me that I must call them back and check if it's ordered the next day. This goes on for a few days and then I ask for a supervisor and was told that there is no supervisor on duty at 2pm in the afternoon. I go on to the Telkom app and find that it says that I'm on a 10meg line. So I do a speed test coz I don't trust Telkom and what do you think. Speed is 3.31mbps. Then I call the technician and he says that I'm on a 4meg line but he asses at Telkom wanna bill me for 10meg line. And I called Telkom technician. Telkom employees are useless. I only wish someone at Telkom in senior position would call me.
