Telkom useless

I got the 20gb + 20gb deal from telkom and after a month my contract was disconnected due to their *********** people that withdraw money from my account on the 5th and not on the 15th like I completed the form, anyway after that they sent me a sms threatening me with blacklisting and court cases etc, and they took their money from my account on the 15th but after that I'm still waiting for 3 weeks to be reconnected, even after calling them and sending them messages on messenger that they never respond to. The worst customer service in South Africa, so bad they will not even respond to this message or even read it like other companies.
