Telkom useless

Absolutely shocking service. We upgraded our line form 50mbps to 200 as my husband needs it for work. It has been a week since the so called upgrade and our line is much worse than before. We are lucky if we get 20mbps. Everyday we report the issue and still no progress. I don't think Telkom is able to provide that speed and is blatantly giving false advertising. We will not be paying for this service until we get the speed we pay for. Wonder if they will even acknowledge this complaint....
