Telkom useless

<p>I have requested a landline both online and with a call centre agent called Terese Emmanual with no luck and I was told to go into a shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>I gave her two numbers around me and she could still not pick up the street adress. She would not even give me a call reference!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
