telkom useless

I have an adsl line. I moved house and contacted telkom a month before... A day before i moved i c?lled telkom to confirm and the agent said yes it has been moved. Tue day i moved in the line was not installed... After days and weeks of fighting and calling. No one could explain why the agent **** and why my line is was not moved.. Ok they gave me a new date. Which was 06:05:15 for installation. To date no one came to my address after i had to take a day off to be home.. I want to know why the tech never showed up and why telkom never contacted me to tel me they held up or running late.<br> <br> I want telkom to explain why they take clients for a fool a d i want to k ow when they will install its been over a month without a line or internet. <br> <br> I need this line up and running asap as i need it for work purposes aswel<br> <br> Telkom please explain..<br> <br> Im angry
