telkom useless

Hello Peter. My name is Neo Modisenyane I went to telkom jabulani mall 23/12/2020 to cancel my contract since it came to end. They send me an email with references ***9 saying one of the agents will contact me, im still waiting....I give up. On the 27/11/2020 I phoned to upgrade then I follow up after a week then was told courier was hijacked they will deliver after another week i phoned then was advised my package was returned as they can't find my address. So I decided to cancel but struggling. Telkom is useless shame
