Telkom useles and no time for customer needs

As usual they are useless. I have no network service although they have checked that i live in a 4G area on the system, the network as been contsantly at 3g or no coverage. I cant log a call cause i cant phone cause there is no service, how long must we wait for service in this country, these mobile companies milk us dry and just throws us one side once we are dried out. this is not a device problem as i have multiple celphones running telkom, and have lived in the same area for the past 5years, so i know it has nothing to do with settings.... BUT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR CELL TOWERS as usual. this is for Die heuwel extension 4 witbank.
