Telkom used Skynet web for couriering my router

Telkom used Skynet web for couriering my router. Skynet Web sent through the most rude person I have ever experienced. The guy shouted at me on the phone ad also shouted my helper who was supposed to receive the router. Telkom told me to leave the ID with the helper for delivery and did just that. The guy rejected the ID insisting on the copy yet he was supposed to take a picture of the ID as I was told by Telkom. I didn’t get the name of the guy who was delivering but called me using the following number ***. All in all he left with the router
