Telkom used my fiber object number for another person

I have never dealt with Telkom in my life as i refuse to use them, as their service is appalling, and now when i want to move my isp for my fiber line, i see that Telkom has used my object id from vumatel for another person, and a object id is tied down to the line, which is owned by me on my property, now i cannot move, and i cannot get hold of anyone at Telkom, and Vumatel also refuse to assist and the mistake is both of theirs, as Vumatel's system should have picked it up, and disallowed it, but now i am sitting without Internet, i need Telkom to cancel and release my line asap.
