Telkom Urgent Complain about Telkom

I had a Contract that ended September they even send me a letter to show it’s finished but they are busy billing me every month now they send me a letter of demand that I ow R350.00 from a contract that ended September is that possible Telkom is harassing me and it needs to stop they are not what they say they are it’s enough now this is harassment
