Telkom upsets me!!!

Telkom.... So I logged a call on the 8th of Jan... In regards to an amount owed to me!!!! Since that day I've been calling them and trust me it seems like they get paid to just put you on hold for max 20 min!!!! Then only for you to be told they still waiting for the back office which is so frustrating!!! The moment you owe telkom they will call you everyday even escalate this to debt in so they can call you everyday but the moment they owe you money it's like you will never hear from them very disappointing... To top that up they didn't give me a contract over the phone due to credit score but when I got to the store I took the phone telkom is literally frustrating people out here!!!!
