Telkom upgrades system on father's day
<p>Telkom chose father's day to do their system upgrade which means that no limit increases can be done. Upon phoning the call centre I spoke to a arrogant consultant who refused to put me through to a manager stating that there are no managers available so Telkom consultants are working unsupervised during a busy day such as Father's day. </p>
