Telkom upgrades such an inconvenience. Call centres not so helpful either.

Ive had a contract Mobile Router for about or over 24 months now, 5GB data for R99. In march got a message that i was due for an upgrade. At the time they were running a special of 10GB data for R139 to which i called and requested an upgrade to. I was told a delivery would be made within 4-7 working days, which never happened. After the 7th day i called in again to find out where the delay was, and only then i was told they are out of stock and the device would be sent by courier as soon stock arrives. I received the device on the 20th of April. I was out of data on my old router and the new one was still inactive to which i assumed the new data plan would be activated beginning of the month. I topped up data to finish off the month, april. On the 1st of May i checked my balance and the balance did not make sence. I had about 5024 MB remaining and there was no way i had used over 5GB in a few hours, so i called in on the 2nd May. At the call center they confirmed that 5GB + 1GB data was loaded on the first..NOT 10GB. A "case" was opened and will take till the 15th to get resolved, "atleast". Got home and checked my bank statement, TELKOM deducted R99 (5GB MIFI ROUTER CONTRACT) + R139 (10GB MIFI ROUTER CONTRACT), I dont know whta the R1 is for but the total deducted by TELKOM from my account was R239. In my understanding they only supposed to charge meR139 at the end of May, only if they had given me the 10GB DATA as agreed. Sadly the call centre consultants are not so very helpful and theres "no one else they can refer you to". .. I am hoping to get a call from these people as i have been leaving my contact details for a follow up. What i want right now is correct allocation of my data as agreed, reversal of the R139 as its not yet effective and shouldn't havr been deducted in APRIL, or if that's too much to get done they can take their router back and cancel the contract. There's just been so much inconvenience over a simple upgrade.
