Telkom Upgrades

if there was a 0 rating, I’d definitely give that. I’ve had an issue with Telkom since 2021. I requested for an early upgrade and somehow the order got activated however I never received the phone so they’ve been charging me ever since. I’ve been trying to have this resolved and two years gone, still no resolution. I have an outstanding balance on my account and they can’t really tell me what it’s for as they never gave me the phone. This is Telkom Express in Gateway. Very *********** stuff, the call centre agents are the worst.
