Telkom upgraded my contact without my knowledge

I had two contracts with Telkom, the other one was supposed to have expired last year in Agust/September. I was amazed December 2020 when I realised I am being charged for that contract, i called Telkom and was told, i upgraded, so i asked with what cause I don't have any new device or anything. The only contract i renewed was for data which was sim only. I logged a complaint on the 1/12/20 till this day no feedback and they still taking my money.
