Telkom upgrade useless

Case # ***5. Been to the store every day for a week to get my upgrade. What is the problem? Very quick to make me sign contract but no phone. Have 2 more case numbers since a week ago. ***447974. Have 7 contracts with Telkom. 4 can be cancelled now if not resolved
