Telkom upgrade to Fibre and they did not setup new debit order

I am a client of Telkom for many years. Unfortunately there a not enough competition and are forced to endure their unacceptable lack of service delivery. They upgraded me to fibre, never activated a new debit order and then hand me over to debt department without a single email or phone call. I did not even wanted to give them 1 star but that is the default.
