Telkom, upgrade, to degrade

Upgraded from a 50mbs line to a 75mbs line on the 12th of May. Ever since, the intest has been 95% *******. Literally 10% of the previous upgrade speed, so much worse than before. Please Telkom, sort your **** out or I change to a currently disadvantaged company
