Telkom upgrade pathetic service

I am disgusted with the service of telkom. I ordered th black friday special on 27 November and I have not received the device to date. Every time I call the call center the agents tell me a different story. 23 Dec, agent advised phone is with courier IT for delivery. Called 24 Dec, another agent advised phone was returned to telkom, no reason provided. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and I do not expect service to be this pathetic. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
