TELKOM UPGRADE NOT DONE AS PROMISED

During the week of 22 March i did an upgrade on both my data lines *** and ***. I dont know why but only *** data went up to 20gig and not the other one. I wanted to cancel my Telkom contracts but it was such a good deal so i did the upgrade again. WHY IS ONLY THE ONE ACCOUNT 20GIG DATA
