TELKOM UPGRADE - NEVER GONNA HAPPEN

I cannot put into words how phenomenally ********** and terrible customer experience is with Telkom. They must without doubt single handedly be the worse customer service company I have ever engaged with. I took ( while tried would be more appropriate) doing an upgrade with them. They emailed, SMS offering an upgrade eventually I thought ill take it, then started the single worse process of my adult life. 9 separate conversations, no one knows anything, no central storage of my information, when they call calls cut, staff drop the calls on me, nothing but rude, place me on hold for 20 min at a time, refuse to give their names or details. no follow up information even though they say the deal is done, over 2 weeks for the device to be delivered and still not delivered. Laughable, atrocious service as I stand here today I have no idea where the process is or even if the device will be delivered but I bet you 1000% they will debit. And I can guarantee this will bring no joy either

I am without doubt though going to the ombudsman and social media to play back my experience they should not allowed to do this and treat customers in such a unprofessional manner

They claim to be doing all this amazing things and have all these amazing offerings, stay away dont even bother trying to do anything with them
