Telkom ******* upgrade ****m on customers

After Telkom cut my line due to non payments,I found out they put me on the most expensive plan month's ago, without my knowledge.therws no proof that I upgraded from them,they ****m you behind your back then cut your line for non payment.i was on a R800 package,now I'm suddenly on R1500 per month! package!!!put me back on my normal package and refund all my additional costs and stop cutting my line due to your stupidity and incompetence.BEE is running this country into the ground.fix your ****t!!!
