Telkom upgrade is an struggle!!!

Telkom!!! No No No I can not believe we are back to squar 1 .... you sent me an email that my 1 contract is due for an upgrade. you call me also to tell me the contract is due for an upgrade. I have 5 contracts with Telkom. I went to the Brits Mall Shop to do the upgrade and I told the Lady that I need an tablet. She informed me that the upgrade is sent to the main Office and that you guys will let me know in 4 to 7 days when I can go and pick up the tablet. I really can not do this. Every time I have an upgrade I struggle. then it is because I have 5 contracts or the product that I want is not available or this or that every time it is an struggle. I have 5 contracts with Telkom and I pay every month R1700.00 on all my contracts. Why is it always an struggle to upgrade!!!!!
