Telkom upgrade is a ****

Telkom is such a ****. I ordered an upgrade on the 30th of November, to this day on the 23rd of December my phone has not been delivered. I have been calling literally every day and they keep saying they are elevating the matter. But no one ever gets back to me. Today they're saying my device has been delivered but it hasn't. What kind of business is this?
