TELKOM UPGRADE IS A REAL **** DO NOT EVER UPGRADE, BE WARNED

I am so disgusted with Telkom after so many years being a loyal customer, i had made an upgrade on Jan 2020(new device was +R700) in which my previous contract was ending April(old device was+-R150), this Jan 2022 i expected my contract to be ending and call in for cancellation to my surprise i am being told i have to pay the full +R700 till end of April 2022 which then mean my upgraded contract will run for more than 24 months. and just to add my old contract i was paying concurrent till end of April 2020 with the new one complete *******
