Telkom upgrade gone wrong
I was sold an upgrade in December on my Fibre internet connection to upgrade to uncapped. The total amount was to cost R1007.76. Now Im billed R2834.11 I cannot get hold of Telkom to fix this. I cant log a dispute because the website crashes.
