Telkom upgrade *****

Sell Direct contacted me to upgrade one of my contracts. I told the sales guy what I wanted. He offered me what I asked and I asked him to confirm that the phone was as specified by me. He rectified me when I said 64MB and said it is GB. Guess what... Phone is only 32GB. I believe that this is ***** and purposefully deceit. And, he reminded me that the call was recorded. I want that recording and then I believe we will be going to ALL media platforms and the ombudsman. I can't believe that a company like Telkom needs to lie and scheme to get contracts sold. Pathetic actually!!!
