Telkom Upgrade:-Data/Balance Theft

Upgrade not on due date, Data and Ballance Theft:- We were called by Telkom to upgrade on the 22/10/2020. about 17H00 to a packet 40gb + 40gb. (double up Package) R199.00 which we agreed on from the 1/11/.2020. and was told payment would only go through on the 30/11/2020. Viewing the ballance today. All Data is missing and balance on sim card is missing. Theft of balance on account, Theft of Night Data 31gb and 7gb of day time data ***) Telkom was called at 23/10/2020 21H23to find out what the problem was with no satisfactory answer,
